i. BOOK THE DATE & HOURS & ADD ONS.


Select how many hours you'd like, add lighting or extra backdrops to your package, and choose the best date for your schedule. Be sure to factor any clean-up and tear-downs into your booking time. You may come 10 min early to set up, but please have the studio cleaned and exited promptly at the end of your time, or you will be charged. If your rental ends at 2pm, you and your party must leave at 2pm. We often have back-to-back bookings with only 5 minutes to set up for the next rental, so please be respectful.

II. ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS & CHOOSE BACKDROP COLOR


It will ask you some quick questions so that we may prepare for your shoot, and we will go over our policies to make sure we're all on the same page. One optional backdrop color is included with your rental except for the 30 minutes you rent the space as is. Another color can be added for $20. The renter must specify any backdrop color(s) at least 24 hours before the session by updating the booking form. The Studio Manager will handle all paper backdrop setups and tear-downs. You're too close to the backdrop if you can hear the paper rustling. Any damage done to seamless paper backdrops will result in a charge of $5 per foot. Please do not touch or sit against the paper backdrop. Your body oil will stain the paper and crease it! (There will be plexiglass down to protect the floor) Damage examples: tears, stains, dirt footprints, water/cake damage, etc. 

III. REVIEW CANCELLATION, WEATHER, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY


BrushCo. Studio does not offer refunds of any kind. If you cancel your session, you forfeit your payment. If you need to reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of payment. The availability for rescheduling will be subject to BrushCo Studio's discretion. If the streetcar is running in the snow, we are, too. We have a rain-or-shine policy. If the streetcar is running, we are, too. We do, however, take the safety of our guests very seriously. If the weather becomes excessively dangerous, we will reschedule on a case-by-case basis. Please pay attention to the weather and plan ahead for traffic and road conditions. Requests to reschedule less than 72 hours before your scheduled booking will incur a $25 fee automatically charged to your payment form on your account. Weekend requests to reschedule within less than 48 hours will NOT be permitted. You will automatically be charged the total amount of your rental. Please plan ahead with your clients & customers and be sure to arrive for your scheduled booking.
