Niahs Photo Studios are located downtown, making them easily accessible and within minutes of each other. Depending on your photoshoot concept and availability, we will be in BrushCo Studio or 3S Studio, both located in the convenient Abdiana Firestone Building, or Niah's home studio, just three blocks over. (Studio is included in pricing)

Outfit changes are welcomed if they fall into the package timeframe. More time can be purchased for multiple concepts, locations, and outfits. Please see add-ons for more info.

*An hour and a half is usually enough time for 2-3 outfits, depending on the complexity of the vision/set/location.

You will have access to choose from over 30 different paper backdrop colors, metallic backdrops, canvas backdrops, and white brick, as well as access to red & gold throne chairs, white & silver throne chairs, other chairs, stools, boxes, crowns, money gun, prop money, studio wardrobe, and, accessories.

*balloons, cake, and other unique props, etc., are NOT INCLUDED, but you are more than welcome to bring items to make your shoot unique to you.

*Confetti can be photoshopped into the image!

-Please be on time and arrive no more than 15 minutes early

The session will start at your scheduled time. If you are late, it will still end at your scheduled time.

-If you are 30 minutes late, and no effort has been made to contact the photographer, your session will be automatically canceled. Your retainer will act as your cancelation fee, and a new retainer will be required to book in the future.

-If the session exceeds your scheduled time, you will be charged for each 1/2 hour. ($50)

-Children are not allowed in the studio unless they are part of the shoot or approved by the photographer ahead of time, and they must be accompanied at all times.

-No glitter or confetti cannons (photographer can photoshop in photo)

-No smoking or fire of any kind in the studio

-No colored turmeric powder for sessions in the studio

-No other forms of photography or videography during the session without the photographer's express written permission.

Should you need to reschedule, 72 hours' notice is required. One event of rescheduling is allowed, but please give as much notice as possible. Please do not reschedule for minor skin injuries or blemishes. If the weather is torrential and we cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled or shot in a studio. Clouds, light wind, and light sprinkles aren't a problem, and I usually go ahead with the session.

No, there will be no additional cost as long as it's one of Niah's Studios. Once the studio is booked, the date and time are secured.

You will select the images I edit based on your selected package. Any additional edits must be purchased before the photographer will start editing. The photographer will only deliver the high-resolution, retouched, edited, and JPEG images to the client and will not send unedited original "RAW" files under any circumstance unless purchased separately. The photographer spends 2-3+ hours on each image, ensuring selected favorites are edited to the highest perfection. Photographer professionally edits and retouches face, body, background, contrast, lighting, color, distracting objects, and cropping.

-I highly recommend hiring a professional to do your hair and makeup to ensure the highest quality photos. Please be sure to try on your clothing before the shoot to make sure it fits correctly. Please refrain from relying on the photographer (photoshop editing) to correct your hair, makeup, and clothing. The lack of quality within your prep can not guarantee high-quality results within the retouching process. Please ask for my preferred list if you need a good stylist, makeup artist, or hair artist.

-PLEASE NOTE

Additional retouching fees will be required for poor wig installs. Your lace must be good quality and blended correctly, or you will be charged extra or left as is. (Up to $12/Image depending on severity) Unfortunately, it's not easy to fix in Photoshop, which adds multiple hours of editing to correct it.

In photography, a composite image is a new image created by combining multiple photographs using photo editing software. The result is a single image that appears to be whole, even though it's made up of numerous photos.

Example: multiple images of the same person in one photograph. Editing person into different scenes/landscapes/adding additional things to the background.

Please get in touch with us for an estimate. The price is determined by the complexity of the concept, extra editing hours, stock images, etc.

Once photos have been taken, proofs will be emailed within 3 business days of the session. Once favorites have been chosen, finished edits will be emailed within 3 weeks of the favorites selection date. Raw/Original Images are not included, but the entire unedited gallery can be purchased separately. Your gallery will remain online for (4) weeks. If your gallery expires before you download it, you may request a gallery reload at a rate of $25.

Deadlines must be approved by the photographer and made before booking, if possible. The photographer will try to meet the deadline requests, but additional fees may be required. The photographer shall not be held responsible if the client fails to provide favorite selections on time. The photographer will start on any rushed edits once full payment is received.
